-
- Yes it did. Netscape changed it, and the world at large embraced the changes.

-
- That's exactly it. Michael, my *job* is creating these very same web pages.
- My customers find it *very* important that their logo etc. be presented the
- way they want it. They want the flashy features, and they pay for it.
-
- Some of it is, admittedly, fluff. But there's a lot of really good stuff out
- there that relies on the NHTML extensions.
-
- And face it, Netscape is the "killer app" that brought the Internet to the
- masses. It's the Internet's TV.

-
- No, you need a PC, or a Mac, or a X-Windows box. That pretty well covers 95%
- of the computers out there.
-
- Notice which one is missing?

-
- Yes, I can. I have a whole slew of programs that allow me to use pretty well
- any picture, text, sound, video, 3D object, font, or spreadsheet I want. I may not
- be able to manipulate say, a Word document natively, but I can import it,
- change it, and export it just fine.
-
- And there is an Amiga PDF reader - Ghostscript.
